Terms & Conditions
Training Services to Be Provided:
The contents of all Training Wizards courses are outlined in the course descriptions available on our website(s) and in our brochures. However, Training Wizard reserves the right to adjust the syllabus of any course at its sole discretion and without notice.
Warranty:
Training Wizard has both the resources and staff with the necessary knowledge skills, and abilities to provide the training services offered. All training services are provided "as is" without a guarantee or warranty of any kind. Training Wizard is not responsible for the performance of any student after attending a course.
Limitation of Liability:
Training Wizard shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages which may arise from its performance under this agreement.
Payment:
We only accept payment in English pounds.
Refund Policy
Once Login Details for the Home Study E-Course have been dispatched to you then customers are not entitled to a refund once they are using the service, however where deemed necessary refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
Course Expiry:
Access to the CM1 e-course will expire at 5 months from the date it is granted. Access to the CM 2/3 e-course will expire at 5 months from the date access is granted. Access to a Mock Exams "only" purchase will expire at 2 months from the date access is granted.
The above conditions are required to prevent fraudulent use of the system, any unauthorised use of the system will automatically disable the registered account. An extension maybe granted to delegates at the discretion of the management and a fee of £50 per month.
Complaints:
If you have any complaints or are dissatisfied in any respect with the programme you should raise these concerns immediately (and in any event within 24 hours) with Training Wizard. Complaints should be made in writing to the course director at Training Wizard Ltd, 2nd floor 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PY.
